Our Guide: The Polar Bear
Each monthly Determined to Shine retreat is guided by the energy and spirit of a member of the animal kingdom.
In December, we're working with the polar bear.
During the retreat, you'll have the opportunity to:
Plus, a portion of your retreat registration fee is donated to help polar bear conservation efforts worldwide. Together, we'll be adopting a polar bear, and you'll have a chance to "meet" and learn more about our adopted friend during the event!
During the retreat, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Meet your personal polar bear guide in meditation
- Create three polar bear-themed oracle cards (we'll create new ones each month - attend regularly to build your own deck)
- Work with affirmations based on polar bear wisdom
